Sales Periods
Please be aware that due to the high volume of orders during peak sale periods there will be delays In fulfilling some orders during these times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns
If you have changed your mind about a product purchased online we must be notified within 7 days and the item must be returned unused and unopened within 14 days to our warehouse or in one of salons. If you change your mind about a purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
We will not accept change of mind returns outside of this period.
If a product you have purchased online is faulty, we must be notified within 14 days. You may be asked to provide photographic or video evidence to support this claim. A return slip may be provided and the product replaced.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by Australia Post and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
