Our Stefan Cancellation Policy

Dear our valued guests, 

We thank you for booking with Stefan and promise to never take your trust for granted. 

For all our foiling, balayage and extension guests, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, we kindly ask for you to please call us to notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

For all our style cut guests, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.

A friendly reminder that if you are experiencing any symptoms of feeling unwell, we ask you to please call us with as much notice as possible to reschedule your appointment.
