Cancellation Policy

At Stefan, we value your time and appreciate your trust in us. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our guests, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Foiling, Balayage & Extensions

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Style Cuts

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Feeling Unwell?

If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
