Returns

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, we are happy to refund or exchange if:

  1. The product is unused, unopened and in saleable condition.
  2. The product has been returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  3. You have provided proof of purchase.

Faulty Products 

If you have purchased a faulty product, please return it to your local salon for assessment. You are entitled to an exchange if:

  1. The product has been returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  2. You have provided proof of purchase.
  3. The product is deemed as faulty.

Please note we will not provide refunds or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to incorrect storage or handling

Incorrect Product Recommendation 

If you feel a product recommended by one of our Stylists in not suitable you are intitled to an exchange if 

  1. The product has been returned to us within 14 days of purchase
  2. You have provided proof of purchase 
  3. We can reassess your concerns and recommend a more suitable product 

Please note any price difference will need to be paid by the customer

Don't want to use Refundid? Please email customercare@stefan.com.au to process a return/refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note, gift cards, hair extensions and all brushes are non-refundable / exchangeable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
