Q: How long do my points last for?

A: Points are not accumulative. You must redeem points earned within 3 months, as they will expire after this period. 

Q: What can I redeem my points on?

A: You can redeem points on full price Stefan services. Points are not redeemable on retail products.

Q: Who do I contact for any further questions?

Q: Can I transfer my points to another person?

A: No, your points are non-transferrable.

Q: Can I change my points for cash?

A: No, membership points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: Yes, you can cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period.

Q: How do my points convert to Service Dollars?

  • $100 = 10 points = $10 Service Dollars
  • $150 = 15 points = $10 + 5 points
  • $200 = 20 points = $20 Service Dollars
  • $250 = 25 points = $20 + 5 points 
  • ETC

Q: How old do I have to be to sign up?

A: You must be 18 years or over to join the Stefan Loyalty Program.

Q: Are there any sign-up fees?

A: There are no fees involved in joining the Stefan Loyalty Program. You simply just need to spend a minimum of $100 in a single appointment to activate your account.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Earning points is simple! All you have to do is spend over $100 on hair services and you will start earning.

Q: How do I find out how many points I have accumulated?

A: To check your loyalty points you via downloading the stefan app 'Account > Loyalty'. Or you can call our salons on 07 3480 0000 and we can look up your profile.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: You must redeem points earned at time of next appointment on hair services.

T&C's:Individuals who join the Stefan Loyalty Program must be 18 years or over and agree to the following terms and conditions: Full name and valid email address must be collected to activate program and will be stored in accordance with Privacy Laws QLD. There is no fee to join the Stefan loyalty program. A minimum spend of $100 in a single appointment (100 points = $10 service spend) is required before points are converted to monetary value. Points are not accumulative and must be redeemed at time of next appointment. Allow 24 hours for points to be activated. Points and service dollars can be earned on Stefan services only. Points and service dollars can only be redeemed on full price Stefan services. Not inclusive of retail products. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Points and service dollars will expire after 3 months. Existing membership is non-transferrable. Membership points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash. Members may cancel their membership at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period. The Stefan company reserves the right to cancel, amend and alter the Stefan Loyalty Program at any time without notice.
